I had such a good experience with Factory Flooring because of Janet the professional interior designer they have employed. She was so professional and competent every step of the way. She gave me excellent advice for our basement. My carpet is gorgeous!
We loved working with the Factory Flooring team. They were over the top in their customer service in regards to providing samples, being prompt, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend to any friends or family needing new floors.
