I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the carpet we ordered from Factory Flooring Outlet! Not to mention Denise and her customer service was an absolute Godsend. We had a bad experience with an order gone wrong at Home Depot and I frantically went looking around Redding for a store with same day options for the carpet for our new home. For about 5 years I have been trying to purchase a flooring from Factory Flooring Outlet and I finally was able to do it this year. I must say Mike and Adal, my installers, were absolutely awesome. Always on time, had a great attitude, and were always putting away their stuff at night. I highly recommend this company and their staff is very accommodating in every sense of the word. Factory Flooring outlet Helped us change out our carpet to lovely vinyl flooring in an emergency situation. The flooring looks beautiful, the workers came in, laid the flooring, cleaned up and were very kind, personable, and skilled. The entire staff led by Denise were fantastic, Kind and helpful. I went back, after our life settled a bit, and bought a beautiful remnant that they had bound for an area rug. They are wonderful! Always will be my first choice.
