Great experience from check in to check out. Dr Kim was pleasant, informative and made me feel very comfortable. She spent time explaining what she was doing and why she picked that option for me out of several with my complicated history. I was not expecting to have her treat my problem at my first visit, so that was a pleasant surprise. She also rx’d a medication that I hope helps a long standing problem. Dr. Matzie is very professional. She explained the entire procedure before the surgery in plain english so it was easy to understand. Her bedside manner is great and we appreciated her explanation and support throughout the entire process. Yes, I would recommend her to friends and relatives.
This medical practice were amazing. They allowed me to walk in as a new patient and helped me right away. The Gainesville office in particular were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Professional, punctual, detail oriented and Friendly. They even called an Rx in for me the next day no questions asked. Just a wonderful practice. Thank you to the Dr. And staff you all are life savors.
Dr. Tillou did a great job explaining everything to my mom in a very clear manner. Very knowledgeable and informative. The staff was helpful and kind. They ensured a smooth preparation of surgery procedures. It is fair to mention that my mother is in safe hands for her upcoming surgery.
Dr. Colvin is an excellent doctor who does a great job at making you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable time. His team is friendly. I would return here if needed in the future.
