I had a very nice experience I never enjoy going to the dentist, but my visit was exceptional. I was greeted in a friendly manner, and after my paperwork was finished, I was taken immediately into the procedure. At the end, there was a question about the extent of my insurance, and they went the extra mile to explain to me what the insurance company couldn't even explain so well! All in all, a great visit, and I recommend this practice to everyone!
The best Family dentist Dr Kirksey and his staff are the best. The care they provide is top notch, and the time and compassion is above the call of today's doctors. family friendly My daughter (7y/o) and I get our dental care from Fairfax Family Dental. Making an appointment is easy and I appreciate the appointment reminders. We are always seen on time. All the staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, and the dentist are very professional.
Pleasant Surprise! I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist because of some bad visits. It's been 4 plus years since I have been to a Dentist. They took digital photos of my mouth first, Bite Wing x-rays next and then a full scan(Scan picture is pretty impressive). The office was new, clean and modern. The hygienist who did the cleaning was professional and did a thorough job explaining and letting me know what is next and what to expect. Cindy is one of the best hygienist you have. I felt so comfortable with her. She is the most friendly.
Child said "that was fun!" I switched my children 5 and 7 from a pediatric dentist to my dentist and was not sure how it would go. The pediatric dentist has all the frills for the kids (tvs, stuffed animals, toys) but I found Fairfax Family Dental had the quality of care needed for this young age. The hygienists were wonderful and catered to the younger age and I felt they both got a solid experience. I'm so happy I made the move, now the whole family is cared for.
