Super staff knows there stuff I have three Dogs that have been going there for years
Excellent service ( professional , complete , every detail explained , prices quoted up front so the customer receives no surprises at check out). Excellent vets. , Dr. Johnson at Fairgrounds Animal Hospital has been caring for my pets for years and I am absolutely pleased with the level of professionalism and demonstrated knowledge of pet care/medicine !
Been going there for 30 years after trying other vets around town. They have always treated me and my animals with respect and care. I read in the comments about the area being unsafe but haven't seen it myself. And as far as the payment in the other review. They tell you the cost before the treatment and if it was more than i had at the time they worked with me to the benefit of my animal. And my dog enjoys going there if that means anything. :D
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Fairgrounds animal hospital. We are new to Reno and were very choosy in finding a vet..we have to min pins that both needed extensive work on thier mouth. we went to another vet in town and we just didn't feel right about them, when we found Dr. Johnson and his assistant they knew what the problems were right away and they really did care for our pets. I would recommend this business. The employees are caring and the Drs. are very professional. I've been frequenting this business for almost 10 years and have been treated very well. Recent renovations have improved the facility. The new lobby is spacious and welcoming and there are more exam rooms now. I have been very pleased with the level of service from Fairgrounds Animal Hospital.
i have been with fairgrounds for years. but i was upset when i had to put down one of my dogs, the other day. they demanded payment on the spot like i was acriminal. after all the money i put into their hosp. all these years, i am taking my account to another vet office who will be freindly and work with you.
