We moved in 04/2023 the week we moved in the property manager that was helping us was fired. So that week we got no walk throughs on record and we had to pay rent and all the fees to get the key to our house all on the day we moved in. Second we had a water leak that took them over 3 months to fix when we first moved in and since they keep firing their property managers the city of Vancouver was threating to shut our water off once a month so the previous bill was paid off. Breianna is excellent at her job! She always tries to have a solution to my problem & is very understanding. You would be lucky to have her as your property manager.
Great manager no complaints, straight foward and good on her word, doesn't make promises but can produce results 10/10 recommend renting through her
Breianna is great! She gets things done in a timely manner. She answered all my questions and was very patient.
The leasing office lady i belive her name is Bree or Breianna but so sweet and helpful really enjoyed her attitude and willingness to help .. 10 out of 10
