I am very pleased with Fairway Lawns of Jacksonville. After years of satisfaction with a local lawn service, they hot bought by one of the big name-brands. I tried them for a while, and after poor service, tried another statewide service. Rushed appointments, sloppy treatment, and rushed service appointments. Still early with the company, but on the handful of visits so far, Alex has been outstanding with communication and has shown great attention to detail with the lawn and various needs. The results have been very promising, and I am very happy I switched from a different lawn care company to Fairway. Keep up the great work Fairway and you'll have a customer for life!
I have been with Fairway Lawns for a year and you can tell the good changes. Satisfied
Seems to work for some, but Fairway Lawns did nothing but damage to my lawn. The techs DO NOT work with you or announce when they come by. I think Fairway did 3 treatments to our lawn since January and after each one I had to spend a lot of time reviving my lawn.... I hired a lawn service to keep it healthy and not have to think about it. The opposite occurred here. The technician David walked around the yard with me and viewed all my areas of concern. He told me what he was going to do, reviewed our watering schedule and said he would be back in a couple of weeks to see how the treatments worked. He is very thorough and professional.
