I signed up for a service. Gave me good rates. However, the last two services I feel was not really done. I didn’t see any signs of treatment My lawn remained same before and after treatment. I spotted couple areas to see. They remained same. And I also didn’t see anyone coming to do service

I am very pleased with Fairway Lawns of Jacksonville. After years of satisfaction with a local lawn service, they hot bought by one of the big name-brands. I tried them for a while, and after poor service, tried another statewide service. Rushed appointments, sloppy treatment, and rushed service appointments. Fairway has done an excellent job taking care of my yard. My technician Alex, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done right. My yard looks healthier and better maintained thanks to his work. I highly recommend Fairway Lawn Company, and I especially want to thank Alex for the great service!

We had this service for over two years. During that time, we began experiencing issues with grass loss and brown patches in our backyard. After a significant portion of our grass had died, we were told the problem was due to webworms. This came as a surprise, as we expected our lawn care service to prevent or address such issues. They treated the yard for webworms, and we spent over $1,000 to re-sod the damaged areas. Pictures are worth 1000 words. The first is my lawn before fairway and the second is after two years of service with fairway lawns. Chris contacted me and made sure to have my lawn treated. It has bounced back after that treatment (3rd picture)…however I am still struggling with nutsedge, dog weed and matchstick weeds. I will bring my review up when those issues have been resolved.
