I have had nothing but great experiences with this branch. All of my financial needs are being handled here. Yes, I would (and have) recommend FWCU to anyone inquiring.

Friendly staff, VERY HELPFUL staff, working to help you succeed in every way they can. Making suggestions when needed servicing every need they can with you. Teaching you how to handle your financial situation walking you through the tough times and areas helping you save and grow personally and financially. I hated coming to this location. Felt the management was indifferent so I preferred and solely went to Lake Mary. Now, I use this branch almost exclusively. The guy in the drive through (sorry don't remember his name) is always so friendly and accommodating. He now recognizes me and looks for ways to say yes instead of blowing off my questions or request. The staff seems friendlier and am happy of the current situation there. If you were pissed off before, give this branch another chance.

They do not stick by their long term customers. We were 20 plus years with them, got scammed and lost a ton of money, they kicked us out as well. No thank you Fairwinds. You will not be getting a good review from me!

Came in for a loan and was told it got approved. Approved is the word they used. Came back to do paperwork the next day and suddenly I am not approved anymore. They made me feel so poor and worthless. Had to come back a THIRD time to get my $5 back. Bunch of snobby jerks who look down on broke college kids and think that I can't afford $100 a month.
Do not do business with this banking industry, because they screw you over every chance they get. I am so unhappy with company.
I've been a member of FWCU for almost 20 years. They have become as indifferent to customers as any large commercial bank. No difference whatsoever. The staff at this branch are very nice but they answer only to headquarters.
I love waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes, WITH all lanes open, only to pull up and find ONE person working the drive thru. With 15 cars waiting! Are you serious? Every time I come here, it's slow. I'll take the extra 15 minute drive to the branch on Howland. This is ridiculous. To top it off, the people are rude and act like they are half asleep half the time. Not very easy or stress free for someone who is 36 weeks pregnant.
