This branch is second to none with the most incredible staff ever! Tina, Yessy, Liz, Jeff, Ciara, Murphy, Spencer and Sebastian are extremely efficient, kind and helpful. Any issue I’ve ever had is dealt with quickly and painlessly. Seriously the best banking experience I’ve ever had. They all deserve raises and free lunch on Fridays. If I could give 101 stars, I would. Keep up the great work 🖤🖤🖤
Wonderful tellers and branch managers, but their banking software is horrendous! 15 minutes to process 2 checks? REALLY??? This has been the status quo for the 15 years I have been a customer! If not for the fact I have built lasting relationships with the staff at the branches I use, and the advent of Zelle deposit ability, I would have left YEARS ago! It's about time your CEO/CFO/COO put a little money in your software and updated it!
DeLand branch is fantastic!! Murphy has extensive financial knowledge and answers all of our questions with patience. Tina is such a sweet lady and always assists with a smile! Been a member...well, a few decades anyway, and have never regretted it!!
Deland Branch. I have my business account there. It was the best choice I made. The staff is always friendly, greeting you with a smile and by your first name. The staff is awesome!
