We absolutely love Fairwinds and literally have been a customer for decades. I would recommend them to anyone! The branch downtown in Sanford is great and super convenient. I typically use the lobby which is never too busy and the staff here are always very helpful.
Angelique is wonderful! I'm a little computer illiterate an having them help get my business app squared away, new employee bank accounts are done fast an always very nice about it. Id recommend using there banking as well instant money in transfers and payroll!
Horrible. Not even one bit of care to explain clearly what was going on when I got scammed online for money out my account. They opened new account for me and then never explained the money I got scammed on, that put my old account in negative, they would take back as they pleased. Random amounts from new account are being taken out by this lovely institution when they please which makes it impossible for me to avoid insufficient funds fee they are hitting me with . Angelique Negron has to be the most amazing and helpful person I’ve ever interacted with at this bank, went out of her way to print a bunch of papers to help me with social security as I am a victim of identity theft.
