The Universal Branch is AMAZING! Whenever I need help they always steer me in the right direction finacially. And they always remember me by name when I walk in! Thank you Sabah, Ashley, Ally and Kiki- the whole staff is awesome!
Fairwinds Credit Union has dropped the ball numerous times with their poor customer service and lack of tech commodities. I just recently enlisted in the military and the law clearly states that for ACTIVE DUTY military members are ENTITLED to an interest reduction on their credit cards, home loans, car loans, etc....With Chase and USAA I had no problems whatsoever with getting my entitlements but Fairwinds refuses to abide by this federal law.
