Intally I gave this lady a good review until I continued to do business with her. I made an appointment and due to my mother having EMERGENCY SURGERY I had to abruptly cancel my appointment. Unbeknowance to me I was charged even though I did reschedule due to something that was beyond my control. Because I was charged that initial time I was not allowed to attend the the session until I paid the 75$ missed session fee. I did not have 75$ to and I also thought because I reschedule instead of no show that I wouldn't be charged... read more
Couldn't express how grateful I am to encounter such an amazing counselor. She listens and understands. Her guidances are practical, doable and easy to understand. I love love love talking to her.
The staff was very helpful with getting my first appointment scheduled. They were all kind and patient with me. My therapist is excellent and I’m excited to meet with the psychiatrist as well!
