Dr. Long is so sweet and knowledgeable. She has treated my 3 Bichons for over 10 years. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and she was so kind and compassionate. I recommend Fallston veterinary clinic to anyone with a pet that they love. They will take excellent care of them.
Finding an avian vet is tough in Baltimore, but gladly we found Fallston and Dr. Oster on a Friday afternoon. Our cockatiel presented some sinus/respiratory symptoms around 4pm, and we had an appointment and were in the door 2 hours later. Dr. Oster was extremely gentle, patient and attentive. While it may be 20+ miles from Hampden in the city, it is well worth the small trip. DO NOT waste your time on Falls Rd. Animal Hospital, Owings Mills Hospitalor the like. Mistreated my dog. Did not handle waiting area properly with large dogs and attacked my dog. Thought this was a great place until my dog was mistreated by a tech. Very upsetting.

I took my bird Sunny there on June 10, 2015 for grooming. He was seen by Dr Oster. While trimming his nails with a dremmel he knicked his foot. Sunny was messing with it, since it was bothering him and he started to bleed a lot. I called the vet on June 23, 2015 to get advise I was told to put Cornstarch on it (by Karen, who was told by Dr Oster). That didn't work. I then had to find another vet to take him to. I took to Hunt Valley Vet to see Dr. Vivian Ho. She had to place a cast on his foot and gave him pain meds.... read more
Horrible service, this vet has went down hill. I took my parrot there for wings and nails. Dr. Oster knicked my African Greys foot while grooming. Of course the scab was bothering my bird so he has been picking at it. Well it started to bleed and bleed and bleed. Karen at Fallston Vet told me to put cornstarch on it. That didn't work. I had to take him to an emergency vet and incurred more bills due to there mistake. I have left several msgs for the Owners Suzanne Zantop and another lady - still no return phone calls... read more
My mom kept taking our dog to this place and I never liked the vet. And all they want to do is take your money. Once they tried to upsell us on a treatment our dog didn't need and they admitted the cheaper option was all our dog needed. The last time we went there I told my mom not to go there and she did anyway. Our dog was suffering from coughing and having trouble breathing.
