I had such a great experience at this office. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, especially knowing that I have a lot of anxiety with dental visits. Dr. Ben, Marsh and staff really took their time with me, made sure I was comfortable, and accommodated my needs every step of the way. The office is clean, professional, and has such a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. I truly appreciate how well they cared for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate dental team.
This visit was very educational. Everyone that I encountered at this office was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I received 100 % customer service. I was even greeted by a person in the waiting room. I knew I was going to need a lot of work done on my teeth. My dental coverage is 60 % . I was able to set up a payment plan. The doctors were kind and did a good job with my treatment, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I was given one estimate at the beginning of my appointment, and after the procedure the final charge was significantly higher. That was very disappointing and stressful. Clear and transparent communication about costs is very important. I wish I had been properly informed before the work was done.
DO RESEARCH on various dentist FIRST! Receptionist was very kind, I have no complaints about mannerisms. But I had an emergency with my tooth & the owner of this establishment tried to scam. Told me certain things were necessary for my procedure and when I called other places of business they said it’s not necessary, but recommended. Every person was exceptionally friendly. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and was a little nervous but the hygienist, technician and doctor were all so kind and made sure I was good every step of the way. The place was also very cute inside and very clean.
