I had such a great experience at this office. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, especially knowing that I have a lot of anxiety with dental visits. Dr. Ben, Marsh and staff really took their time with me, made sure I was comfortable, and accommodated my needs every step of the way. The office is clean, professional, and has such a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. I truly appreciate how well they cared for me and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate dental team.
This visit was very educational. Everyone that I encountered at this office was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I received 100 % customer service. I was even greeted by a person in the waiting room. I knew I was going to need a lot of work done on my teeth. My dental coverage is 60 % . I was able to set up a payment plan. I came there for a reason. I was in informed that I have an infection and if not taken care of it could spread to my bloodstream. They prescribed an antibiotic. I am new to this area and selected a dentist just by searching the internet. My first visit was very pleasant. From the front desk to the exam, I felt very comfortable and I am someone who hates the word: DENTIST. I believe in giving credit where it is due and I look forward to my return....again, looking forward to returning to a dentist would never come out of my mouth unless I meant it.
Every person was exceptionally friendly. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while and was a little nervous but the hygienist, technician and doctor were all so kind and made sure I was good every step of the way. The place was also very cute inside and very clean.
From cleanings to fillings, this office is the best! Had such a great experience there and I'll be back every 6 months! I've never been so comfortable during a filling. Really sweet staff and a phenomenal dentist. ☺️🦷🪥✨
