I had a very great experience at this office. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist due to work and everything else I was welcomed with open arms and everyone was so nice. I'm looking forward to coming back.
I am not an individual that enjoys visiting the dentist. It really takes a lot out of me. More of a mind set than the procedures. However, I’ve experienced great services from the professionals and staff. They strive in making me comfortable and relaxed. I have nothing but positive correlation comments for them. KUDOS! to everyone at Bear Dental.
What a great experience! Shouts out to the great staff at Family Dental Center of Bear, New Castle! Special Highlights to the receptionist (though, i didn't get her name) Kayla, Barbara and Dr Ben for making my visit very pleasant. I am looking forward to my next appointment
Greeting with a smile from the front desk to the back. Kayla was gentle taking the x-rays. The hygienist was great (didn't want to spell her name incorrectly), Dr. Ben was informative and wonderful. To have a black dentist was stellar! The office equipment are instruments are sterile and the decor is pleasing to the eye. There working on t.v. intact exam room too. This office gave me the most affordable price for a crown & implants. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you
0 stars! I really wanted to like and support this dentist office but this establishment is very unprofessional! I let it slide when they tried to extract 2 and root canal 1 (all baby teeth) of my 7 year olds teeth.. I had to point out on the x-ray that the baby teeth were about to fall out and did not need to be pulled.. the x-ray clearly showed the other teeth about to come through.. all 3 of the teeth came out on their own in less than 2 weeks after that appointment.
