The Friday before X-Mas I dropped my upper plate on the bathroom tile floor and broke the front 3 teeth. I had called a left a message on the recorder, explained what happened because the office had already closed for the day. First thing the following Monday I got a call back asking if I could come in by 8:30 am which I did. Had to leave the top plate with them over night since they had to send to their lab but I am picking it up today.
