My first visit, was a great experience. I was very apprehensive because I usually fear the dentist. Everyone on staff here was very empathetic, efficient and great listeners. Place is very clean and nice. Most of all Dr. Ahmed, had an amazing bedside manner, and patience to explain details. Even the office manager, is very understanding and detailed as well. Great Job! I will definitely, be back.
This office is very compassionate. The Doctor sits down with you and takes the time to talk about what needs to be done, what should be done and what you want to do. I have never been with a dentist that really cares. Great practice and awesome staff. If I could I would give them 10 stars.
I was exceedingly delighted by how polite and attentive be entire staff was. The receptionist Amanda was very warm in her welcoming and helpful with my insurance questions. My hygienist, Carlos, was arguably the most thorough of anyone and additionally had the greatest bedside manner. I felt like I was enjoying the company of a friend. I had a dental emergency and had to have my tooth pulled. I called the office and they got me in right away. The entire staff was so caring and friendly. I felt no pain during the procedure and the dentist was phenomenal. Great bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommended if in need of a new dentist.
I have only had an exam and xrays so far, but the staff was friendly, helpful and answered all questions. The dentist was delightful and spent a lot of time with me answering questions about my dental issues, treatment options and dental bite guards. Overall, a positive experience!
