Last night I took my daughter to Georgetown Family Emergency Room as she was experiencing excruciating stomach pain. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by warm, friendly staff who took my daughter back immediately and started treating her. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and pristine. I do not live here, but needed to be seen for a possible blood clot. I was able to text the facility ahead of time to verify they had the services I would be needing. They checked in on me while I was on my way there, and got me in immediately once I arrived. I was already in a room and getting my IV started and labs done before even completing my registration. I was yesterday there and I had a great experience at this urgent care. There was absolutely no wait time, and the staff took care of me right away. The doctor was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable—he explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The facility itself was very clean and well equipped. Overall, I felt well cared for and highly recommend this urgent care.

I was seen very quickly, assessed very quickly all my tests were done right away. I unfortunately had to be transported to a cardiac hospital, but even that all happened very quickly. I feel I got excellent care and the staff including the Dr were all very compassionate and kind. For an Emergency close to home this is a good place to go.
