Absolutely the best treatment I’ve ever received! Everyone was extremely nice, supportive, and made me feel truly cared for. Great experience. They tell you the prices up front before you go back, forms were quick and easy to do online/via phone. Whole facility clean and spacious. My 4 year old had a fracture I was unaware of so we were walk ins, and she needed x-rays and got an arm sling. The radiographer was VERY kind in making sure she felt safe and gave her snacks as we waited. The doctor was kind and very knowledgeable. Last night I took my daughter to Georgetown Family Emergency Room as she was experiencing excruciating stomach pain. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by warm, friendly staff who took my daughter back immediately and started treating her. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and pristine. I do not live here, but needed to be seen for a possible blood clot. I was able to text the facility ahead of time to verify they had the services I would be needing. They checked in on me while I was on my way there, and got me in immediately once I arrived. I was already in a room and getting my IV started and labs done before even completing my registration.
