Last night I took my daughter to Georgetown Family Emergency Room as she was experiencing excruciating stomach pain. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by warm, friendly staff who took my daughter back immediately and started treating her. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and pristine. Would give them more stars if possible. I have never been to an ER where I received such great care as I did at this ER in Georgetown. I was taken back immediately and treated with serious concern and recognized how badly I was hurt. Treatment plan and medications were explained to me at every step. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful 💕.

Arrived to the facility and was greeted by a friendly employee at the desk. I explained what was needed per my primary care physician that practices in a different city. I was checked in quickly, seen by the doctor quickly, and waited an appropriately amount of time for the various procedures needed. My discharge went smoothly and would definitely recommend the location.

I do not live here, but needed to be seen for a possible blood clot. I was able to text the facility ahead of time to verify they had the services I would be needing. They checked in on me while I was on my way there, and got me in immediately once I arrived. I was already in a room and getting my IV started and labs done before even completing my registration.
