Dr.John Valentini at Family Emergency Room was exceptional when I went in last night to get treated. He saw me right away, listened carefully to my concerns and provided outstanding care. My husband has seen Dr Valentini too on different occasions and received great care. The nurses and front office are always kind and accommodating. From the moment I checked in, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The doctors and nurses were outstanding; knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my visit. The service was very efficient. I would absolutely return if I ever need emergency care again.
Dr. Daniels and his team were fantastic in taking care of my 7‑year‑old. He was very thorough, took time to answer all our questions, and even shared his personal mobile number for follow‑up concerns, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. We are very grateful for the compassionate, professional care we received and would highly recommend him to other families.
We are so blessed to have seen Dr. John Valentini! He took amazing care of our three-year-old after he hit a table. Thankfully, he didn’t need stitches, and they were able to glue it instead. Dr. Valentini did such a great job, and I know it will heal beautifully. I truly appreciate the kindness and compassion shown by everyone. Nurse Steve was also wonderful — so patient and kind. We received 10 out of 10 care and couldn’t be more grateful!
I think it was the best ER experience I ever had in my 35 years, definitely in Texas. The doctor was very kind and thoughtful. We took our toddler there with fever, after a week long sickness. One question that is so simple but I have never been asked: “ what are you worried about?” I felt heard, I felt seen as a mother.
