Family Flooring did a horrible job installing our carpet almost 2 years ago now. You can see my previous review on the "job" they did at my home. During the process Tony and Kevin told us that after a year they would come back and fix anything that was wrong with the job. I’ll make this quick and short. Job was completed and finished almost two years ago. He is not under any warrant from us. Wants something for nothing. Uses internet to try to get it.

Kevin SOLD us on our carpet. He told us everything would be "perfect". "Our installers are the best around." He said 4 men would come out to do the job and it would be finished in 3 days. It'll be a "turn key" job he said. You won't have to worry about anything. Installers Brett and Cliff showed up to the job on day 1. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I typically, never give bad reviews and usually just chalk up poor quality of service as a loss. However, whenever I perceive that the exchange between myself and a merchant is intentional deception, that is when a company has crossed the line with me. As an officer in the United States Air Force, there are core values like Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All You Do that I would expect any servicing company to adhere to. I have already met with the home owners and looked at the issue. Sometimes things take time to get to what is going on. our installers are human and sometimes make mistakes and move on but we as a company are here. The home owners were very nice and we were actually going today to fix issues but it wasn't a good time for them. I told them I would get with them later this week and schedule a day next week. This a horrible company to work with. As mentioned in the previous review, there communication skills are inadequate and unprofessional. I ordered flooring at the end of March and called numerous times to get somebody out to my home to install. They finally arrived in JUNE, I also asked for a refund because it took several months to get my flooring because they never kept me up to date on my flooring. Poor service communication skills with customer Never came on time stated. Rude to customer After having all materials placed In House and all our work to move things around I called. The morning after being late and said wasn't doing the job and taking materials out I can't say how this is unprofessional and company should not be trusted

We have copies on numerous emails on how mean and rude this individual was to our staff and installers. We did call he just never answered his phone. I personally went to house to look at something to make sure things were right and he wasn't there. I understand why he is trying to blame us but when he told installers he didn't feel they could do his job I had no choice but to just cancel the job. This hurt the company a lot more than him.
