This is a family runned business that really cares about the service they provide. It was such a joy to hear my parents rave about the kindness and professionalism of the crew since they have been hesitating doing the floors for years. I went with mom to help pick out the floors and the woman at the shop was kind and helpful. Family Flooring installed carpets on our stairs and the second level of our home. The gentleman we spoke to in the store was very helpful and suggested a product that would work best foe us (we had two large dogs and a cat). He offered a better product than what we'd found in bigger box stores for a lower cost, so we were sold. The guys that installed the carpet were friendly and professional. We were having our bathroom redone and the company that we had doing the remodeling uses Family flooring. We decided to go with them and pick out our tile and get it scheduled for install. Come to find out, my wife gets a voicemail stating that they didn’t have our information, which they came to our house and measured everything while construction was happening. Where to start... customer service.. installation.. unprofessional . I think one star is a bit to much. I am not one that will normally write reviews but after all we went through I wasn’t going to not do it. Day of install ... installation crew was suppose to be here at 830... around 10 my husband calls the store and was told their truck broke down and said “no one called you?”. We've used Family Flooring several times. One time was to removed gluded down bambo flooring and replace with carpet in our den, and the second time was remove carpet and replace with VPF in our home office.
