The team at Family Floors and More - Kevin, Andy, Anthony and Vasyl are amazing. Each and every one of them were professional, patient and amazingly skilled. My floors are stunning. Their promptness and follow through was perfect. Vasyl was incredible at placing the herringbone pattern. His measurements were meticulous and each side was exact. We recently had our stairs updated from carpet to hardwood by Family Floors and More, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had existing hardwood that was discontinued and wanted the stairs to match as closely as possible. Brett and his crew were the absolute best to work with. Extremely professional, did quality work, gave us exactly what we wanted and were way more affordable than other commercial flooring companies. They covered our curtains to protect them from dust, they kept the work areas clean, they were so polite and courteous; just an exceptional crew. They went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. I recommend Family Floors and More to all our friends and family.
I had my LVP floors installed in 2020 and they are looking great. The experience with Family Floors & More was excellent. I worked mostly with Calvin and Brett. They were so patient and offered their knowledge the many many times I visited their shop due to my inability to make a decision on the flooring.
