Dr. Rich was very knowledgeable and explained what each part of the examination did and what the machines were used for. He waved a fee for me simply for running a little late. The staff at Family Focus are very welcoming and I was also able to pick out my glasses before leaving. One and done visit. Would recommend to anyone!!!
Dr Kramer is wonderful…takes advantage of teachable moments and has vast knowledge that he shares when asked questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is vast and clean as is the actual patient room and testing space. An overall super experience when getting your eyes checked for a new prescription and otherwise.
Excellent experience from the moment, we walked in the door with a very kind greeting!! Very evident that customer focus is a top priority for this business which I more than appreciate! Dr. Rich is amazing! My family and I all had our eye appointments and Rich was extremely efficient, yet thorough!!! Highly recommend!
We saw Dr Rich this morning. Everyone at this office was super kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Scheduling was a breeze. Care was efficient and thorough, explanations were great, our treatment options were individualized and explained in plain language with transparency regarding cost. 5 stars!
This is the first place I’ve ever walked out of feeling heard, informed, and confident. I was literally the last patient to be seen for the day and they still gave me every moment I asked for or needed. I did not feel rushed in any way. They even scheduled a follow up to ensure that I was happy with what I got! I’m extremely impressed - go, and you will be too.
