Dr. Kramer is always very careful and thorough. He takes his time and listens to my concerns. He recommended a small treatment for a problem I'm having and we made a plan for follow-up.
My visits have always been great. The staff is very efficient and courteous. You can tell that Dr. Kramer truly enjoys his work. He is very friendly, informative and he is never in a rush. He takes the time to cover ever aspect of your eye care. I would recommend him highly.
Dr. Kramer is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He has a good sense of humor and makes you feel super comfortable during your visit. He even makes an effort to actually get to know you. In addition, he is very knowledgeable and explains to you everything in detail about eye care. All of the staff is friendly as well and will answer any questions that you might have. I highly recommend.
Excellent service all around. The whole staff is extremely nice and efficient. No surprise charges; everything was explained with detail. Dr. Kramer is just incredible. He really takes the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and explains the exams thoroughly. My family will definitely go back for yearly exams.
Dr Kramer is very thorough and personable. He once helped me with an eye injury and he went above and beyond my expectations. I was very thankful I went to him for help. His entire staff is very helpful and nice. They have helped me fix issues with my glasses multiple times.
