Delivered 3 babies there and was not disappointed. The personal was so good and friendly. I felt like we were heard and well taken care of. Nurses started doing less night visits which was a definite plus. The facility is a bit outdated but overall very nice and meets the need of the patients.
Both of my girls were born at mercy and all I can say is it’s the most comfortable supportive and caring birth center!! Amazing staff and quiet atmosphere!! Thank you mercy for your amazing care!!
The nurses- Clofe and Emily were absolutely amazing. Dr lamare was absolutely terrible. He couldn’t have cared any less to do his job. When he went to break my water he did so with his hands, failed about ten times which was excruciating. Then he decided to use the tool to break my water. If it weren’t for the nurses my review would be not so generous
I was hesitant at the beginning because of the reviews but Thank God I still had my baby at the family center. First baby was at Baystate, no complaint they did an awesome job but it was so different with this baby. I was a schedule C-section, I lost a lot of Blood, had fibroids, baby was super tiny etc but the doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing! I was in the waiting room for my mother and the midwife wasn’t helping my mother correctly as i heard. The midwife didn’t help her at all and my mom is 36 weeks pregnant and she has to get a c section. The midwife was not helping her, like not at all. This was a terriable experiance and we will be making a complaint about this midwife.
