I’ve been seeing Kristin Cooke for many years. I followed her here from another practice. She’s great and always takes plenty of time with me. I never feel rushed. She remembers my kids’ names and is always friendly, caring, inquisitive, and thorough. Her nurse has also been great. I’ve had zero issues with front desk staff. Everyone is polite and helpful. I am sitting in the office waiting for a shot. It’s a nurse visit that usually takes 10 minutes. I have been sitting here for 30. There was one person in the waiting room when I got here and several have walked in since they have taken everyone but me. I checked once and the receptionist said I was checked in and they may just be running late. Not cool. I've been a patient for years, no more. This practice is concerned more about $$ than it is the patient. It's almost to the point of being insurance fraud. The final straw can when an oral surgeon reached out for clearance for tooth extraction. I was told I needed to see the Dr. before she would sign. Why?? When did she become a dentist or oral surgeon ? This is not the first time for the unnecessary office visits. Would NOT recommend. I have had multiple appointments cancelled day of without being notified in a timely manner, have to plan on waiting at least 45 minutes in the waiting room and an additional 20 once brought into an exam room. In hopes to avoid this, my husband attempted to schedule a telehealth visit, in which the provider was over 45 minutes late. After an hour, he disconnected. I’ve been going here since I was age 13-15. (I’m 32 now do the math). I just waited on hold for 30 minutes to make an appointment with an “answering service” to find out they’re communicating with the MD office while I sit on hold. The date they offered me didn’t work with my schedule, and they offered me a call back from the office to schedule my follow up.
