I've been a patient of this office for over 30 years. I like them all responsible responsive to needs good listeners. I'd recommend and do to anyone looking for total care. Body mind and spirit.
The performance and attentiveness of the team have declined. I am consistently required to initiate follow-up actions, yet these efforts do not consistently yield the desired outcomes. For the past month, I have been attempting to secure an authorization. My medication supply is nearing depletion, and the necessary paperwork for submission to the insurance provider has not yet been completed and dispatched. I am profoundly disappointed by the recent changes in operational efficiency.
Hannah radecki is the best doctor in the office. Reception in nurses don't feel like doing parts of their jobs. Such as contacting transportation for patients who are in need of immediate care but cannot go to the East Hartford office.
Hannah Radecki is the best. She sees two of my special need individuals & she is so good with them. She listens & its obvious she cares. And the woman at the front desk are such sweethearts. They are so good too
Very professional in all aspects of the operation. Pleasant staff and a great doctor who covers every issue thoroughly. Great visit!
