The best practice! I've recommended friends to see Paul Carter and we all love him. Never feel rushed and he actually listens to your concerns and provides the best medical advice. He's also quite funny, so that's a bonus
I only go here because Paul Carter. If he wasn't my PCP, I would not belong to Trinity health system. There seems to be no accountability or systems of checks and balances. I have to make referral requests numerous times before action is taken. Its very frustrating. As an outsider, this is plainly evident. The name has changed at least 3 times recently, a clear sign of mismanagement. You guys are lucky to have Paul, he's your only shining light.
This is a very friendly place, with perfect and timely communication, especially from nurse Paulina. She's incredibly committed with patients and cautious when it comes to details. I think she's an added value to this office. Also, Dr. P. Carter is very professional and a good listener to each and every one of his patients' concerns, and always gave me solutions that left me very satisfied. Thank you. Best, Hertel.
Can I give zero stars? This office is terrible. Medication takes days to be filled. Appointments are canceled on you day of, after multiple confirmation texts and calls. The front staff is rude and clearly overwhelmed because the doctors are either late or not in office. After the other doctors have left it is not the same. Seriously the rudest office I’ve ever had to deal with. Also have canceled other appointments I’ve had scheduled at Nazareth. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else but here.
I absolutely love Dr. Berger. He's been my doctor for 20+ yrs! I trust no other doctor like I trust him. If a doctor says take this or do that, I confirm with Berger first. I was going to give less stars because you got rid of Marje but that's not fair to Dr. Berger. Marje was one of THE best nurses they've ever had, other than Stacy. You need to bring Marje back!
