I have never written a review before, but my experience with Jimmy was extremely disappointing. I came in seeking help for ongoing stomach pain, and instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable throughout the visit. When I attempted to explain my medical history and previous stomach issues, he appeared annoyed and treated what I was saying as if it were unimportant. Love Dr. Jimmy Nguyen! My husband and I have been going with him for the past year. He is awesome . He’s very attentive, good listener. For the first time I feel like a doctor listens to what I’m saying. The staff itself is great . Love Julieann’s energy as well. Makes you feel comfortable since you get there . Highly recommend
I had a really negative experience here - I came in with asthma and feeling ill - the nurse was clearly annoyed with me and wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to explain my symptoms. She said she’d let the doctor know - my oxygen was normal and BP was normal and yet still the doctor came in without introducing herself and said I could go by EMS or drive myself but she recommends I go to the hospital. I saw Ms. Davis for the first time and I am pleased with how my appointment went. Instead of talking to a provider I felt like I was catching up with a friend. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure my questions were answered.
I had one of the worst and most frustrating healthcare experiences of my life at this office with Dr. Ayesha Mian. I booked an appointment for my 2-month-old baby, and before coming in, the front desk staff had already confirmed the appointment, took my baby’s history, and explicitly asked about vaccines. I clearly told them my daughter did not receive the Hep B vaccine at the hospital, and I asked if that would be an issue. I was told it was completely fine.
