I had one of the worst and most frustrating healthcare experiences of my life at this office with Dr. Ayesha Mian. I booked an appointment for my 2-month-old baby, and before coming in, the front desk staff had already confirmed the appointment, took my baby’s history, and explicitly asked about vaccines. I clearly told them my daughter did not receive the Hep B vaccine at the hospital, and I asked if that would be an issue. I was told it was completely fine. I had a really negative experience here - I came in with asthma and feeling ill - the nurse was clearly annoyed with me and wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to explain my symptoms. She said she’d let the doctor know - my oxygen was normal and BP was normal and yet still the doctor came in without introducing herself and said I could go by EMS or drive myself but she recommends I go to the hospital. Dr. Mian is the best pediatrician my daughter has ever been treated by. I’m very particular for her care and Dr. Mian not only listened to all of my concerns, but she was extremely attentive to my daughter. I was very impressed with how well she articulates her speech and how easy she is to understand when explaining anything I do not have the proper knowledge in. I visited for a sore throat. Initially, I declined COVID and RSV testing and agreed only to a flu swab. After the doctor came in, he strongly recommended completing all three tests “just to be safe and it will be quick,” and I agreed without being informed of potential out-of-pocket costs. I later received a $70 bill for the 3 swabs only (after PPO insurance claim). Love Dr. Jimmy Nguyen! My husband and I have been going with him for the past year. He is awesome . He’s very attentive, good listener. For the first time I feel like a doctor listens to what I’m saying. The staff itself is great . Love Julieann’s energy as well. Makes you feel comfortable since you get there . Highly recommend
