Everyone is very kind and compassionate. The care is excellent. You are given options and if you're not able or want to do all that can be done, you will still receive the best care. Our 13 y/o White German Shepherd had been going downhill for awhile and we finally, suddenly made the decision to put her out of her misery. This is the most wonderful vet office. Dr. Bray and her staff are caring, compassionate, friendly and took the best at care of our Rockee. Dr. Bray only saw him twice, but you would have thought she had been doctoring him his full 18 1/2 years. Even calling us after he passed away. Thank you Dr. Bray.
Our sweet girl, Olivia, has received the best care from Dr. Bray and all the staff at Family Pet since we adopted her at four months old (she's over four years now).They are so kind, compassionate, and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
