Staff was efficient and helpful. The whole office gave a calm and peaceful atmosphere while we waited to be seen. I appreciated the time the tech and Dr. Jessica spent with me ,explaining the procedure and restults to expect from my IPL treatment. I was amazed how well the results were after just one treatment. Very pleased. I will highly recommend this office to anyone seeing eye care.
I've been going to Family Vision Care for over 20 years. However, they were bought by another owner. But I have to say I really enjoy the father and daughter team. I have had excellent care and treatment. The front office it's always very kind and helpful. No complaints here. I highly recommend. I WANT TO UPDATE MY REVIEW. Saw Dr. Homan for the first time on 12/17. He is absolutely top notch. Did a couple of simple tests on me that no other eye doctor has ever done and helped me figure out why my eyes are horribly strained and tired every evening, even when I have a brand new pair of glasses. Super thorough, very friendly, personable, and truly caring. My daughter came the same day and also felt as though she got an excellent exam. I highly recommend!
The Doctors & staff are very friendly & welcoming, this is a great place to visit as you will be taken care of by staff and doctors who truly want to take care of their patients. Their service is very prompt, they are very efficient and I am glad that they are my vision care providers. From the time you enter, till the time you exit, the staff make you feel wanted. You are NOT just another patient to them, they want to take care of you and will take the time to take care of you. I would highly recommend this place.
I had a very positive eye appointment experience! The staff and the doctor were very friendly and the accommodating. The doctor was very thorough and she went over everything before and after my exam. I was very impressed.
