The representatives that I worked with during my accident case were very communicative, and very responsive any time I needed anything, or if I had a question. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting, I’m so happy my case has finally been resolved. Never having an auto accident previously, or dealing with any kind of litigation, I had no idea what to expect. 2.5 years felt like a lot of life happening with no resolve and the cloud of all this hanging over me and my family constantly.
