The representatives that I worked with during my accident case were very communicative, and very responsive any time I needed anything, or if I had a question. I can only imagine what the outcome would have been had I decided to attempt to handle the situation on my own. Had a great outcome with Farah and Farah!! Alex Fadoul was great and he especially fit me the outcome I deserved. The process took longer than I expected but the wait was worth it. The only thing I would change is the communication. Some weeks went by and you were left in the dark. So I would recommend weekly or by-weekly check ins just to insure the client is up to date with the advances in the case. But overall my experience was top tier!!!
