We have our home and 4 cars insured with them since 2016.....this year our rates increased over 84%... We emailed our agent, no response....we had to call to let the receptionist give him a written message that we would like him to contact us after reading our email. He responded and I asked him for a new quote with a different carrier that he mentioned....no response at all, no quote, no call, no email.
