Got in an accident with someone farm bureau covers 3 weeks ago. Hunter Tynes is our agent, no one's looked at the car, we have had minimal to no contact, he won't call back. When he did FINNALY call back the first time HE WAS DRIVING and obviously did not even listen to our voicemails and did not know anything of our claim. I can only hope that my experience was an outlier. However, during my time doing business with Farm Bureau Bentonville, I faced continuous struggles to receive any response from their staff besides the front desk. On a couple of occasions, my policy was almost canceled due to their failure to file the appropriate paperwork. I had conversations with them regarding insurance coverage for AR assets while moving to CO and was assured it wasn't an issue, but my policy was still abruptly canceled with a notice of only one day. I've been with Mike Morse at Farm Bureau for about 15 years. Fantastic customer service. The times I've dealt with them about a claim they have been very timely and easy to work with. Plus best insurance rates I've found, and I shop around every other year.

Good insurance and rates but I got here at 4:52 to pay my insurance because your hours say 5pm on your door it says 4:45 but online it says 5 you need to change that so people don't drive out of there way like I did just to basically realize you can't do anything there today. So hopefully I have insurance tonight if not it'll literally be because of their false advertising on their site vs their door saying 4:45 your online stuff should say 4:45 not 5!!!! Not even sure what to do.

I’m not even sure who my current insurance agent is, but I used to have an agent named Hunter Fry. Worthless is an understated adjective to describe Mr. Fry. He would call a meeting to discuss some important insurance items, but spend most of the time talking about going hunting or trying to sell me term life insurance. To cap it all off, he became quite the expert at denying claims. I sure hope he is no longer there, and really no longer has a job pretending to take care of people no matter what the line of work.
