My family has been with Farm Bureau for several decades. Our rep retired but I needed home owners insurance. So they sent us their new employee who was replacing her. We fell instantly in love with her!! Leslie Anne is so awesome. Sweet personality, genuine care and concern for her clients, and always willing to go the extra mile. I could not be happier with who handles my home, auto, and soon to be life insurance.
Not much, taking away an insurance policy, or canceling one after a client has been with you for over 30 years ,pretty sorry for doing it! Yeah it's not an issue ,just took money and membership fee for the policy and out of the blue you are wanting to cancel it!!!! You are horrible people for screwing people over,that is one reason why me or my family stopped using you after you had to dish out for accidents that were not our fault you canceled our policies and I think everyone needs to know
Justin was amazing and made the claim process on my car quick and worked hard to get the medical bills etc. Taken care of as promptly as possible. He was so efficient i want to change to Farm Bureau. Thanks to Justin and his team's hard work i was able to get a car the same day they totaled out my car. Thank you!
