I had a loss on Jan 15, 2023 of a very expensive horse that was COVERED per the managing agent. After over a month I was just informed that FB will not be covering the loss even though my policy covers nearly $1,000,000. Why on earth would someone pay for 3x the coverage if the insurance company is only covering liability that I already had at $300,000.
