I would first like to say that several of the vet techs are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hughes' wife, however is terrible. She is very rude and insulting towards customers. I signed a payment plan and contract agreement for my cat to have surgery - she later "amended" the signed contract to include monthly service fees and late fees for not having the bill paid in full.
