They are not elderly friendly at least to me, they don't listen to my situation or just don't care. I've changed agents twice and with me being on a fixed income they charge me the highest price. Once I have a confrontation on lowering the price, then they work with me.
Horrible, deceitful, and obnoxiously rude. One time they tried to make me add some person I've never heard of to my policy because they supposedly lived at my address. Just today they refused to let me write a different check to correct a mistake. The mistake was because of the misleading way they do their membership renewal bills, which by default shows an amount that includes a donation.
