Terrible customer service and keep raising my rates without a notice. I have tried contacting my agent to speak and is never “in office right now”. The front desk is very rude and give you the turn around and have the nerve to raise your voice at you after explaining your concerns.
Great team and this location. Calvin and his team of helpers have always gotten me straightened out. As a former agent myself, Calvin is one of the few people I'll trust with my insurance. They are honest, open, and transparent.
I've been a Farm Bureau member for over thirty years and still not go anywhere else for my insurance needs. They've always been easy to deal with and very attentive to my needs. Very friendly people with a down home vibe always ready to serve. Highly recommend.
My agent is fine but the adjuster assigned to my claim of four months ago has not treated me as if I’m a valued customer. From the beginning he treated me with indifference and intimidation. That has continued. He argues about payment of justified expenses and has made this experience even more stressful than it already is. I can’t recommend Farm Bureau after this
Treats employees with nothing but disrespect. Unaccommodating and unhelpful towards customers. Choses to value high status employees instead of focusing on teamwork. Very disappointed with this company.
