I would rate this Insurance company 10x worse if I could. I have been using Farm Bureau for a few years now, and have dealt with them for two wrecks. They are very unprofessional, as they consistently lose documents they receive to handle claims I'm dealing with, and they have LOST my documents both times, calling me saying it was my fault, when in reality they misplaced the documents on their own accord.
