Growing up in the small town of Augusta, AR I remember getting put on my parents car insurance with Farm Bureau when I was old enough to get my permit. Needless to say, I have been with Farm Bureau going on 18 years now. Everything has been smooth until 10/23/23 when I decided to cancel my insurance with them. Person I spoke with didn't want to hear me out trying to ask about insurance very rude was only interested in just trying to make a sale rather than letting me ask questions.
