I haven't been to their office in about four years.
Purchased a 2016 vehicle. Had minimal hail damage. They will only give me a 1,000 dollar deductible, when all my other vehicles have a 500 dollar deductible. And the price for the coverage, they haven't explained. Not happy with the DeQueen branch. They won't let me switch to the Mena branch. Really!!!

Had Farm Bureau for the 3 1/2 years while living in Mena AR. Moved to another state and switched to State Farm. I was able to obtain more coverage on my home, 2 trucks, tractor, and trailer for less than half of what I was paying Farm Bureau. Before making any type of decision I suggest you do your homework and shop around.
They helped me save money on my medical insurance. Very pleasant to work with. Easy access and pleasant environment I'm very happy with there service.
