No accountability of claims reps and agents. They don't provide the Farm Bureau "promise" and in fact they could care less about you. Upper management just blows it off.
Avoid these guys at all costs. They underwrote a policy for me and then a month later called me and told me that the policy wasn't valid and that they needed to charge me 50% more for a new policy. Not professional or ethical.
I have been with Farm Bureau for a very long time and have always been treated wonderfully. My agent David Gove is always responsive and professional and takes the time to meticulously go over things with me. As a young person I appreciate how he explains things in a way that anyone can understand so I know I’m taken care of!
David is the best insurance agent I've ever used. Best rates on home and auto and Rhonda is very helpful as well. You can look around for other quotes if you enjoy wasting your time. I don't have any free time so I trust these guys every time.
My insurance agent, Todd Clampitt, yelled at me over the phone. Went to tell his manager and he also yelled at me over the phone. Don’t expect any actual help from these people, just expect them to be ridiculous and have each others back.
