With this insurance market, it's hard to find a good company with good customer service with caring people. Brooke and Garrett were my agents and they were awesome. They helped me find coverage and saved me a lot of money. Brook was very patient, she sent the documents on time and made sure that I understood everything to choose the best coverage. Jes was able to cut our homeowner's insurance premium in half... and do it while filling a gap in our coverage. Aside from providing an amazing product, he provides superior service. I have had my homeowners insurance with Jes and Farm Bureau for close to a year and have just moved my family's auto insurance to him as well. Jes and his team are great to work with, very responsive and while I hope to never have a claim, I know if I do I will receive excellent service!
