We got a quote for homeowners' insurance that was a very good deal, so we went ahead and got another good deal for our 2 vehicles. Andi Cohen, the insurance agent, was wonderful! She was so friendly, plus very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Florida Farm Bureau.
I have been a customer 10 plus years and not only is insurance the best priced insurance on the market , the people are super nice and have made it no problem for changes or upgrades or claims . I can take 5 seconds to change my insurance through email and get a response within minutes . It really feels like dealing with friends instead of dealing with an insurance company. I have Homeowners Ins, Car Insurance and I am soon to have life insurance with the Leon County Farm Bureau. I highly recommend this company.
I've been working with Kathleen Koburger for over 20 years and she's fantastic. I can always count on her for all of my insurance needs and questions. She has always been prompt in following up with me. She handles all of my policies for me. I'm confident that I can reply on her whenever I need her. Peace of mind is very important when selecting an insurance company and agent. I have that with Kathleen Koburger, Jim Koburber and Leon County Farm Bureau!
I’m big on customer service. Jim Koburger Farm Bureau has been the best car insurance company I’ve ever used. Their Administrative Assistant is the best. It feels like I’m apart of a family.
Agent was rude, condescending and inconsiderate. I will not be doing business with them again.
