Spineless morons, let me get screwed by a small bump in a parking lot paid the scammers tens of thousands of dollars and stuck me with the bill. Stopped my policy with no warning and no explanation, best thing they ever did but I would’ve loved a heads up. I’m going literally anywhere else screw FFB screw useless Drew Fabian. I wouldn’t trust them to insure an RC car.

The receptionists at the 36th ave location has no time or patience to help a long time customer very rude and dismissive. The DeVaughns are long time customers i stopped in for help signing an electronic document and i was definitely a bother for her. Do better try smiling and be graftful for your customers

I TOOK AN OFFER FROM FARM BUREAU BANK, THAT IF ACCEPTED, WOULD PAY MY MEMBERSHIP DUES--I Was accepted --- scott told me my membership would be paid the next calendar year, well guess what ? scott LIED, now due to scotts not following through, my insurance may not be renewed. I called scott last year he TOLD ME HE WOULD HANDLE IT, now I find out scott lied! He is unprofessional, dishonest and unscrupulous,--- just another greedy insurance agent. Best Rates, best agents, best receptionist.. The rates are lower because F.B. dies not have national advertisements and celebrities like paying Sheck .

Raises their policy cost every 6 months on renewal. They do this even when you have no tickets or accidents. The cost of the vehicles goes down, and the cost of the insurance goes up.
