The people sitting at the reception were very impolite, always saying bad things about customers and laughing. After hanging up the phone, they laughed and talked about that customer. they are racist. I had an appointment at 8am, there were no other customers at that time, they told me to wait a bit. I waited 30 minutes, and when I left they didn't say anything. If I were white, things would probably be different.

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. After being totally screwed over by State Farm and Go Auto I called Farm Bureau. I had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Darren Theriot. He is a helluva good guy. I needed insurance on my pickup right away. Mr. Darren said "not a problem" and went to work. I sent him what he needed and less than 30 minutes later I had full coverage insurance on my truck for $136 a month. Experience at this location is horrible… the lady sit in front is very rude and nasty attitude she have .. everytime i go there or call them she answers and she is not willing to help or answer my question. .. she need to learn how to be nice and respectful with customers..

Called for a homeowners quote. No one answered so I left a detailed message. No one called back. I don't know anything to say or how to rate this place

if i could give a negative 5 stars i would, called my agent on friday with a billing concern, he guaranteed me it would be taken care of same day. he left 15 minutes later for the day. reached out via cell phone, he said he would take care of the issue, then blocked my number.
