A scam! I'm 31 years old, no accidents or tickets and they increased my monthly payments from $190 to $310!!!! No notice or courtesy letter, just an increased charge on my card. Contacted my agent, and he sited "inflation" for the increase🙄 BS.
The customer service at the coliseum Blvd branch is totally unacceptable. They are rude and the customers are not important to them. The little Coburn guy is cocky and arrogant! The Steve guy isn’t much better. The premiums ended up being higher than they were supposed to be and they drafted the payment 10 days before the agreed upon date! Then acted like it was the customers fault! When the payment was made in office they handed over the receipt and it was for someone else’s policy! Coburn was awesome to work with! He got us a better deal on our car insurance, while getting us signed up with new home insurance. Highly recommend him and Farm Bureau!!
Never in my life have I been so dissatisfied and disappointed in a local business. I was working with Coburn at the coliseum location and he had the audacity to hang up in my face when confronted about something relayed to me by him sooo incorrectly, and when asked to speak to his boss, he informed he is his OWN boss lol so I had a talk with the manager Mr. Steve, crying in his office worried about the situation at hand, only to be let down even further because he absolutely did not care at all and just absolutely gave me th... read more
Left a bigger insurance company to try farm bureau, but after what a family member went throughI wouldn't recommend the coliseum branch to anyone ever. The way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting. Unless you have big money, they couldn't care less. Stay very far away from the whole place but whatever you do, please don't ever use Coburn as your agent or Steve as your manager. Won't be doing business with them anymore, and neither will my family.
