Without any notice or status updates, the rates are now reflected as higher. Louisiana insurance rates have gone up, which affects state insurance policies. My experience with FARM BURERAU has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is terrible—they randomly add or cancel policies without any notice. When you talk to an agent, they seem clueless and always say they need to consult with a manager before doing anything. It's clear they have no idea what's going on, and it's incredibly frustrating.
Worst company ever! High prices. Rude staff. Never answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Went up 600$ this year alone and can't even get a call back, don't know how this place operates. Save yourself the headache
Juanita is the worst person there. Trust me. Everyone is nice when you’re setting up a new policy. Juanita messed up today by attempting to speak over me concerning an issue on their part and then hanging up when I put her in her place for her negligence. POS UPDATE: Still trash. Go with another company.
I wish there was a review less than 1. My car was stolen in between Christmas and NYE and as of Valentine’s Day, I STILL haven’t received payment for my car due to people being out of the office for the holidays, on vacation, or just lacking basic knowledge to do their jobs. My insurance coverage shouldn’t depend on someone else’s schedule, but if that’s what you want (especially if you’re already in poverty), go ahead and sign up.
