No matter how many times you confirm cancelation, they will still charge you. I hate insurance companies, they all have the same scummy practices.
Without any notice or status updates, the rates are now reflected as higher. Louisiana insurance rates have gone up, which affects state insurance policies. I am upset with the services; my agent hasn't been responding to me for the past 2 months since I placed a transfer request to a new location. The transfer of my policy hasn't been completed yet. My experience with FARM BURERAU has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is terrible—they randomly add or cancel policies without any notice. When you talk to an agent, they seem clueless and always say they need to consult with a manager before doing anything. It's clear they have no idea what's going on, and it's incredibly frustrating.
