I have always paid my bill on time. Farm bureau failed to notify the state of Louisiana of my coverage and Louisiana charged me a $150 fine. I asked them to pay it since it was their fault and they said NO. That's ok I'm cancelling my auto insurance with them effective 3-11-2025!
Honestly i haven’t had any great experiences with this insurance company. They go up on their insurance without notifying you about the increase. I canceled with them MONTHS ago and already received my refund. Farm Bureau charged my account over 2k today.. no other insurance company has done this to me, despite not even having insurance from them after months they can still run your account.
These people are awesome! If you need insurance, give them a call!
Great insurance company if you are into paying premium prices. Shop around, you can do better.
