Great company, I just wish the agents were available on weekends or at least be able to cancel insurance via the app
Farm bureau really needs some lessons on customer service. Copping an attitude with someone simply looking for an answer is not the way. First of all, Mr. “Snapper” needs to learn some phone etiquette. I am auto insured by Farm Bureau and can say that the rates offered are the best there is around. Switching over is the best decision I've ever made. I feel confident with Farm Bureau due to the excellent customer service provided by Joey Robichaux and can safely say I will be a customer for the rest of my life.
Farm Bureau is by far the BEST insurance company anywhere. They really care about their policyholders and they are very fair when you make a claim. My agent, Joey Perrone in Hammond, LA has been great! Returns my calls in a timely manner plus goes out of his way to help with any concerns or issues. The staff at the Hammond office are super friendly and treat their customers like GOLD which is extremely rare and much appreciated!!!!
Bout 2 duplexes at the end of 2023. Told the owner and the agent that purchase was contingent on insurance premiums to make the deal work. Received a quote, was the same as last owner. Went to closing, premium was right at 134 dollars a month higher. After first months mortgage came in, I noticed there were nothing held out for insurance and never received anything from FB.
