I canceled house insurance that I'd had since 1999 because they kept going up every year then they wouldn't give me the date I bought new insurance, instead the date I called them!

I’ve been very happy with Farm Bureau. Vida has been an excellent resource for me and couldn’t be happier with her. I just wish she was my agent. That’s how well she takes care of me for many years. I’ve had to use them a couple of times to cover several claims and the cane through with flying colors.

This is the worst company every, and very misleading.The agents are horrible. I was wrote out a policy in February, and they told me that after two weeks that i could not keep the insurance. I was told that I could not keep the insurance because i did not bring in the needed documentations. Also, I was told i could come in and get a refund that day and it would cancel immediately, if not it would be cancelled at the end of the month. Every time I call, the secretary Vita is rude and talks to me like a child. She told me she could not help me since I was not a member of there county that if I need anything I needed to call my county. Rude and racist!
