Baler is amazing! Rates are much lower than I've found anywhere else around.
They posted a payment for my daughter thru their mistake of their doing , my daughter was charged 36.00 dollars by her bank, they said they would reimburse her by putting the charge back in the bank , since they made the mistake.They never did..my daughter had to pay the bank because of their mistake...wasn't fair...
If you want fast, efficient service and responsive agents then do NOT come here. The worst staff and agents I’ve ever had to deal with.
